We booked massages & facials at The Arlington for our Winter girls' trip 2026. The spa was wonderful! My massage with Jessica was amazing & my facial with Brandy was so relaxing that I fell asleep! Chana made sure our group of 6 was very well taken care of! We enjoyed the mimosas & charcuterie snacks in the party room! We will definitely be back next year!! You ladies ROCK!!!

I recently spent the day at The Beauty Salon. I had a relaxing massage. Fantastic pedicure with Brandi B. She was pleasant and fun to talk with. She did a great job on the pedicure. She was full of history on The Hotel which I found interesting. I also had a facial with April. I can't rave enough about her!! From the very beginning she had me feeling calm and welcome. She explained every step and informed me about each product she was using. She had me so relaxed I fell asleep!! The products she used are light weight and had my skin glowing for days after my visit with her. I also want to mention the customer service from the phone call setting up my appointment to the time I checked out was excellent.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Its old, but it was adequate. Temperature in the room wasnt ideal, but they brought me 4 extra blankets to accommodate me! Service was absolutely phenominal! We made an appointment at the bathhouse on the 3rd floor. That experience was outstanding! Susan was wonderful! Sheila (I think that was her name) was also super friendly. We will definitely be back, and will spend more than 1 night!

We always enjoy the ambiance of yesteryear that the decor implies. Whether you have the breakfast buffet or order off the menu you won't be disappointed with your meal. The staff is ready to meet your needs - all you need to do is ask. Be sure to make time to go down to the mezzanine to visit the shops. That is a highlight of our Arlington stays. It might be under restoration, but it's still a wonderful, unique place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the nostalgia feel and learning the history of the hotel. It was like a step back in time. The hotel was under some construction --which is understandable considering it's a 100 year old building-- however, it didn't effect our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the live music in the lobby and the breakfast bar was delish! We have no complaints. I rated 4/5 on rooms because our room was in need of some very minor repairs that are expected of such an old, historical building. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend!

Chana in the salon was very helpful and accommodating from the first time we communicated in October to book our girls trip spa day to the day of our service today! We reserved the party room with mimosas and a charcuterie board. They accommodated 6 of us in a timely manner. Jessica did my massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! (I’ve had a lot of massages) April did my facial and oh so relaxing! I would definitely recommend both girls! Even the receptionist Patience was friendly and got us checked in and out in a timely manner!

I am blown away by our recent visit to this hotel and it’s all because of, surprisingly, an employee who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Housekeeping Manager John truly went above and beyond during our stay. He was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He took the time to show us where everything was and made sure we had everything we needed, which meant so much to us. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests the way John does, that would never happen up north! His attention to detail and positive attitude made our stay even better. We are extremely grateful for his outstanding service and hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Next time we visit hot springs; we will return to the Arlington in hopes to see a smiling welcoming face once again! You rock Mr. John, I sure hope you see this!
